NG Design ("we") is the data controller for personal data processed through the Site.

2. Data we collect
We only collect data that is necessary to handle your requests and improve the Site.
- Contact form data: first name, last name, phone number (WhatsApp), email address, message and, if you give them, the service you need, an indicative budget and timeline.
- Technical data: device type, browser, visited pages, logs and diagnostics (limited to security and maintenance needs).

3. Purposes and legal bases
Depending on the context, we process data to reply to messages, prepare quotes, manage the business relationship, secure the Site, and measure content performance.
The legal basis may be your consent (e.g. audience measurement), pre-contractual steps (e.g. a quote request) and/or our legitimate interests (e.g. security and improvements).
4. Recipients
Your data is processed internally by authorized staff only.
It may also be shared with strictly necessary technical providers (hosting, email delivery, maintenance, audience measurement), under our instructions and confidentiality obligations.

Messages sent through the form reach us by email: the Site does not store them in a database. We keep them long enough to handle and reasonably follow up on your request. Technical data is kept according to security needs and tool settings.

The Site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work and stay secure (session and form protection). They are not used to track you.
Audience measurement is only enabled with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. You can also manage cookies in your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect certain features.

You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, and/or object to processing, and withdraw your consent where consent is the legal basis.
